Cancellation of the booking 2 days prior to arrival date, No Show and early departure is subject to one (1) room night charge. No show for guaranteed reservations will be cancelled after 10pm unless there is a time indicated at the reservation. Reservation fees are non refundable.

For group bookings/Events: In case of cancellation, the hotel must be notified in writing not later than 15 days before the event. A 50% refund on the amount deposited shall be released in favor of the engager.

In case of postponement, the hotel must be notified in writing not later than 7 days before the event. The hotel will charge the full package cost for invalid cancellations, late postponement or no show.

Standard Room is good for two (2) persons but can accommodate up to three (3) persons. An extra bed is required to extra person/s in excess of two (2).
Deluxe and Oceanfront rooms are good for two(2) persons but can accommodate up to four (4) persons. An extra bed is required to the extra person/s in excess of two(2).
Children 7 years and below are free of charge.
Extra Bed is Php400 each.
